This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to foster future business opportunities.
• Enhance profitability and grow existing accounts through the sale of ICU Medical products.
• Expand relationships into new domains and accounts.
• Provide limited support for post-sales implementation.
• Achieve territory sales targets for ICU Infusion Therapy, Oncology, and Specialty products.
• Develop mastery in presentation skills and technical knowledge of ICU Medical products, along with relevant FDA, CDC, SHEA, INS, ONS, and ASHP guidelines.
• Position ICU Medical offerings against competing products utilizing clinical expertise.
• Act as a clinical expert and consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Gain a thorough understanding of the assigned territory, customer base, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Conduct product trials and implement ICU Medical products.
• Build market knowledge and relationships with clinicians through local professional chapters.
• Communicate with management and align sales efforts with company and regional objectives.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a demonstrated history of success is required.
• Preferably possess medical device sales experience with established relationships in key regional health systems.
• Ideally have experience with needle-free infusion therapy products and services.
• Proven history of meeting quota/growth in territory.
• Experience in cultivating existing customer relationships with Supply Chain.
• Must maintain active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy is necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Strong presentation skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask are necessary.
• Proficient computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to work occasionally during weekends/nights when required.
• Typically requires travel over 50% of the time.
• Work can be conducted in a home office utilizing standard office equipment.
