Portfolio Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.

• Identify new business opportunities and oversee the sales process from prospecting to closing.

• Independently or collaboratively manage strategic and key account relationships alongside the Global Business Development and Account Management teams.

• Drive sales initiatives across Cardiac Safety, routine and Through QT studies, ePRO/eCOA, Imaging, and Respiratory Services.

• Organize sales meetings and cultivate business relationships within designated accounts.

• Lead the business development efforts for assigned accounts.

• Collect and prepare information for the Contracts and Proposals team, as well as other internal departments.

• Collaborate with internal resources on account management and new business development efforts.

• Maintain precise records of sales activities and documentation in Salesforce.

• Accurately complete sales reports, expense reports, account planning, and other administrative tasks within deadlines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, experience, or relevant qualifications.

• 1–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or another regulated industry.

• Proven experience in selling capital equipment and services, pharmaceutical or biotech products, technology, related services, or similar solutions.

• Experience managing lengthy sales cycles that require effective closing skills and a signed contract process, including multi-party sales environments.

• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and its practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Capable of effectively communicating with professionals at all levels, including medical professionals, MDs, and PhDs.

• Strong skills in building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

• Ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, providing effective solutions and recommendations.

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks, working independently, and taking initiative.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and other sales-related tools.

• Capacity to quickly learn and apply business, technology, and scientific information.

• A competitive and results-driven mindset, with professional credibility and integrity.

• A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

• Ability to implement corporate strategies within established timelines while fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
