Portfolio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical and operational strategy for key client accounts.

• Guarantee quality, business value, and successful project execution.

• Propel account expansion by discovering new opportunities and crafting innovative solutions.

• Enhance existing client partnerships.

• Lead and coordinate teams comprising 30–60 professionals, including managers and multidisciplinary technical groups.

• Ensure excellence in delivery across projects related to Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies.

• Define and present proposals as a pivotal business and technical partner for clients.

• Cultivate long-term client relationships founded on trust, value creation, and strategic alignment.

• Promote collaboration, continuous learning, and ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology environments.

• At least 5 years of experience in leading sizable engineering, delivery, or consulting teams.

• Previous experience in a technology consulting or services organization is mandatory.

• A proven history in account farming, client development, and business growth.

• Strong technical foundation in software engineering and web technologies.

• Experience with Cloud, AI, or Data platforms.

• Experience managing complex programs and international clients.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish.
