This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Analyze sales solution documentation and extract budgetary details to prepare initial labor demand in collaboration with project leadership and workforce management.
β’ Create budget tracking workbooks for each project utilizing standardized templates.
β’ Monitor project expenditures and ensure compliance with budgetary limits.
β’ Investigate and present discrepancies between actual and projected expenses.
β’ Collaborate with change management and resource management strategies, referring decision points for governance.
β’ Lead financial meetings with project leaders and stakeholders.
β’ Report on project performance relative to targets and deliver data-driven insights and recommendations.
β’ Identify and assess financial risks, participating in strategies for mitigation.
β’ Maintain organized records of financial reporting artifacts.
β’ Act as the subject matter expert for inquiries related to project budgets.
β’ Align financial planning with various project phases and incorporate financial considerations into planning and decision-making.
β’ Audit incoming labor costs in the timekeeping system and perform the role of project time administrator.
β’ 3-5 years of experience in PMO, project coordination, project management, or project financial management.
β’ Experience in managing financial data for large-scale project implementations or across organizational departments.
β’ Strong grasp of the project lifecycle and PMO governance processes.
β’ Skilled in presenting complex information to diverse audiences and adjusting detail levels as necessary.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in documentation management.
β’ Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and CoPilot.
β’ CAPM or PMP Certification is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is preferred.
β’ Must reside within the United States.
β’ Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and throughout the first week of orientation.
