This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Independently design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions through research, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze workflow failures, SharePoint challenges, and data inconsistencies.
• Construct and enhance Power Automate workflows alongside SharePoint integrations.
• Develop and improve Power Apps forms and user interfaces.
• Create internal validation utilities, data mappings, and proof-of-concept automations.
• Address issues related to Excel/Access exports and VBA macro errors.
• Solve permissions and security issues within Microsoft 365 environments.
• Ensure datasets comply with data governance standards.
• Design and manage SharePoint list architectures, including migrations, clean-ups, redesigns, and post-migration validations.
• Oversee inventories, reference materials, and data dependencies that support automations and AI-connected workflows.
• Adhere to SDLC principles, which encompass change management, version control, and testing.
• Enhance reporting systems through systematic analysis and reconciliation.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Power BI data models and sources.
• Improve multi-step reporting workflows and pipelines; confirm logic and update documentation.
• Convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Document workflows, solution logic, and design specifications.
• Clarify technical impacts and trade-offs while gathering requirements.
• Identify enhancements in automation and architecture.
• Investigate emerging tools and best practices, applying newly acquired knowledge.
• Extensive expertise in SharePoint Online, including architecture, permissions, and migrations.
• High proficiency in Power Automate.
• Experience in Power Apps development and interface customization.
• Proficient in Power BI, particularly with Power Query and dataset troubleshooting.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting and developing solutions using Excel, Access, and VBA.
• Familiarity with GitHub for change management and version control.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
• Basic understanding of .NET/C# fundamentals.
• Experience with Microsoft Forms and traditional SharePoint Designer methods.
• Must be a U.S. Person.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications are a plus.
• Previous experience in supporting enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 environments is a bonus.
• A background in designing internal tools and utilities for workflow automation and data quality is a bonus.
• Experience in optimizing architecture for AI-connected workflows is a bonus.
