PMO Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget effectively.

• Identify potential project challenges and risks, implementing strategies for mitigation.

• Coordinate relationships between various projects.

• Optimize the allocation of resources and the deployment of team members.

• Provide project updates and presentations to stakeholders.

• Establish and refine project management best practices, methodologies, and standards.

• Translate business objectives into actionable project plans.

• Ensure alignment of projects with the company's strategic goals.

• Manage projects throughout their entire lifecycle as necessary.

• Deliver project outcomes that are timely and of high quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong educational background in IT or extensive relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.

• Proven hands-on experience in leading, coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members.

• Strong understanding of effective and healthy team dynamics.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.

• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, or similar project management tools.

• Demonstrated experience in managing distributed IT deployments.

• Expertise in virtualization and networking technologies.

• Ability to convert complex project scopes into achievable project outcomes.

• Experience working in multinational and multidisciplinary environments.
