This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa, +4 more countries.
• Address player-support tickets via Zendesk
• Examine gameplay, account, and technical-support inquiries using designated resources
• Logically troubleshoot PC and game-related problems and document the procedures followed
• Craft clear, precise, and comprehensive responses that players can easily understand
• Assess account, platform, and issue specifics prior to suggesting solutions
• Continuously update knowledge on evolving processes, game details, and support protocols
• Escalate intricate or ambiguous issues along with pertinent evidence and context
• Work collaboratively with project leadership, colleagues, and client contacts through shared communication channels
• Start with Tier 1 support and advance to Tier 2 tasks upon demonstrating preparedness
• A strong passion for gaming, with significant experience in PC, Mac, console, or MMO gaming
• Professional proficiency in English, showcasing excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, organization, and clarity
• Strong critical-thinking, research, and analytical problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and capability to follow multi-step instructions
• Professional discretion when interacting with players, colleagues, and client contacts
• Prior experience providing support via live chat and/or ticket-based systems
• Quick learning abilities and comfort in environments where information is frequently updated
• Openness to feedback, ability to rectify mistakes, and avoid repeating them
• Practical knowledge of PC troubleshooting and confidence in utilizing online resources
• Familiarity with online multiplayer games and gaming terminology
• A dedicated Windows PC meeting the required specifications: Windows 11; Intel Core i3 (4.0 GHz or higher) or AMD Ryzen 3 (3.5 GHz or higher); minimum 16 GB RAM; specified or equivalent graphics; at least 50 GB of available SSD storage
• A reliable broadband connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds
• Willingness to install necessary security software and a two-factor authentication application
• A webcam or smartphone capable of taking clear photos for identity verification
• A quiet, secure, and dedicated workspace free from distractions
• A high-quality headset equipped with a noise-canceling microphone
• Primarily remote work
