This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine both functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate discovery sessions to clarify business processes and system needs.
• Create business requirements, functional specifications, workflows, and use cases.
• Identify gaps, edge cases, and potential downstream system impacts prior to development.
• Assist in platform enhancements and feature improvements.
• Analyze system usage, performance trends, and user feedback to suggest optimizations.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and confirm the validity of implemented solutions.
• Document and analyze data flows between platforms and third-party systems.
• Work with architects and technical leaders to define integration requirements.
• Resolve data and interface issues alongside technical teams.
• Ensure data consistency and process alignment across various systems.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and post-release validation.
• Make sure user stories and acceptance criteria are comprehensive and testable.
• Assist with root cause analysis for production issues impacting business processes.
• Maintain system documentation, process maps, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and regulatory standards.
• Support audit and reporting requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5–8 years of experience in systems analysis, enterprise application support, or platform administration.
• Experience with enterprise-grade distributed systems or platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (OCI, AWS, or Azure) is preferred.
• Knowledge of ITIL or service management processes is preferred.
• Experience in regulated industries is preferred.
• Experience coordinating UAT or release activities is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
• Skilled in iterative development cycles with frequent releases and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with healthcare data is preferred.
• Knowledge of public cloud (AWS/OCI) is preferred.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is preferred.
• Experience testing web applications built on Angular is preferred.
• Must provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
