This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead workshops with Account Executives, District Managers, Sales Support, Renewals, Sales Finance, and Business Systems.
• Document the current end-to-end revenue processes and outline enhanced future-state designs.
• Develop multi-tiered process maps encompassing lead-to-quote, quote-to-contract, order-to-cash, and renewals/amendments.
• Create and maintain a process library that includes maps, SOPs, definitions, and decision trees.
• Convert process and policy decisions into user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and operational scenarios.
• Collaborate with Business Systems to confirm feasibility and clarify requirements.
• Ensure traceability from process maps to requirements, test cases, and release notes.
• Utilize AI-powered tools such as Glean, Claude, and Gemini to enhance documentation and stakeholder synthesis.
• Assist in the administration and strategy for revenue workflow platforms, including a market intelligence platform.
• Help with configuration, user access, adoption tracking, and vendor coordination.
• Transform market intelligence signals into workflows for sellers and sales operations.
• Create enablement resources, including playbooks, prompt libraries, and use-case guides.
• Assess, pilot, and implement additional platforms, including AI-enabled solutions.
• Co-design UAT strategies and test scenarios, coordinating execution with Business Systems and business testers.
• Produce end-user documentation and support enablement initiatives.
• Aid in release readiness, training, communications, reporting impacts, and go-live checklists.
• Identify friction points, bottlenecks, policy leakage, and process variability using data and qualitative feedback.
• Assist in defining process KPIs and generating actionable reporting insights.
• Advocate for standardization, simplification, guardrails, and exception handling.
• Examine emerging technologies, automation prospects, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Facilitate consensus among Sales, Finance, and Business Systems regarding process decisions and sequencing.
• Support governance routines, including change intake, prioritization, documentation standards, and decision logs.
• Contribute to initiatives in the revenue systems roadmap, such as quoting modernization, contracting enhancements, data governance, commission and budget operationalization, and seller enablement.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Process Analysis, or similar roles centered on process design and operational enhancement.
• Proficient in creating process maps and documentation for non-technical audiences using tools like Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar.
• Experience in translating business needs into requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
• Proven experience in supporting cross-functional delivery.
• Familiarity with CRM and revenue operations platforms; Salesforce is preferred.
• Understanding of lead-to-cash processes including quoting, contracting, ordering, invoicing, and renewals.
• Strong skills in facilitation, stakeholder management, and written communication.
• Capacity to align teams with competing priorities.
• Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to diagnose issues and validate improvements.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies, methodologies, and ways of working.
• Readiness to leverage AI-powered tools for improving productivity, process design, analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10–15%.
• Preferred: experience in K-12 education, EdTech, or subscription/SaaS environments.
• Preferred: experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar quoting automation and contract/amendment workflows.
• Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, PMP, or comparable process improvement training.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile delivery practices, backlog hygiene, Jira, and Confluence.
• Preferred: experience in developing playbooks/SOPs and collaborating with enablement teams.
