Platform Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete operational execution of advertising across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, and Microsoft.

• Address and resolve delivery challenges on various advertising platforms by identifying root causes such as creative rejections and API failures.

• Examine issues resulting from publisher modifications, policy changes, and shifts within the ecosystem.

• Work in conjunction with the Product team to enhance tooling, automation, and workflows related to production and operations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to prioritize incidents, clarify impacts, communicate resolution timelines, and ensure consistent customer engagement.

• Supervise offshore operations teams spread across different time zones.

• Contribute to Adtucon's performance-driven advertising and customer acquisition initiatives powered by AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in overseeing operations within digital platforms.

• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and their use in digital marketing, workflow automation, content creation, and data analysis.

• In-depth knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for creating, optimizing, and analyzing campaign performance.

• Experience with managing Meta Business Manager, advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access controls.

• Understanding of performance monitoring and management tools like Google Analytics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

• Basic technical proficiency in API management, cloud computing, and CRM systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in incident management.

• Exceptional communication skills and the capacity to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and technological advancement.

• Holding an active VAT number is required.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
