Platform Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operational management of the complete advertising execution process across Meta.

• Address delivery challenges across advertising platforms by identifying root causes such as creative rejections and API failures.

• Examine issues stemming from changes by publishers, updates in policies, and shifts within the ecosystem.

• Collaborate with the Product team to develop tools, automations, and workflows that enhance production and operations.

• Work alongside Customer Success and Support to prioritize incidents, clarify their impact, communicate timelines for resolutions, and maintain customer relations.

• Supervise offshore operations teams across various time zones, ensuring consistent quality, alignment, and operational excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing operations for digital platforms.

• Familiarity with AI tools and their usage in digital marketing, workflow automation, content creation, and data analysis.

• Advanced proficiency in Meta Business Suite and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, optimization, and performance evaluation.

• Experience with managing Meta Business Manager, advertising accounts, Pages, Pixels, Catalogs, assets, user permissions, and account access.

• Knowledge of performance monitoring and management tools such as Google Analytics, Dynatrace, and Splunk.

• Fundamental technical skills, including API management, cloud computing, and customer relationship management systems.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and expertise in incident management.

• Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate within cross-functional teams.

• Commitment to continuous improvement and technological advancement.

• Must hold an active VAT number.
