Plastic Reconstructive Surgery Area Business Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +7 more states.

📋 Description

• Drive sales growth and increase market share within a designated Mid-Atlantic territory.

• Manage key customer relationships while executing commercial strategies for Davol, Inc.'s medical device offerings.

• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet and surpass sales targets for plastic surgery products.

• Foster relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, practice managers, and healthcare professionals.

• Identify new business opportunities and enhance market penetration.

• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training sessions.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs.

• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers.

• Provide precise sales forecasts and report sales performance to leadership.

• Attend and represent Davol at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional gatherings.

• Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and customer service teams.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape.

• Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required, ideally in business, marketing, or a related scientific discipline.

• A minimum of 5 years of proven success in Surgical Device sales.

• Strong preference for experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery.

• Demonstrated history of exceeding sales goals and expanding market share.

• Ability to establish and maintain robust customer relationships across all levels.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a territory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region, up to 75% of the time.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
