This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Clean and transform raw clinical trial data sourced from various platforms for PK/PD analysis.
• Develop SAS code for descriptive PK/PD analyses as well as statistical examination of exposure-response relationships.
• Generate graphs and tables to effectively communicate PK/PD findings.
• Ensure that data formatting adheres to CDISC standards for regulatory submissions.
• Validate programming code and analysis outcomes to uphold data integrity.
• Identify challenges and create tools that enhance the efficiency and capacity of the Clinical PK/PD Programming group.
• Offer training to fellow programmers on industry standards and relevant software functionalities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 7 years of experience in the industry.
• Proficient in advanced SAS programming.
• Familiarity with other statistical software such as R is advantageous.
• Knowledge of CDISC standards (SEND, SDTM, and ADaM) is essential.
• Understanding and experience in PK/PD concepts and related programming is highly desirable.
• Experience in visualizing and presenting data for internal stakeholders or clients.
• Ability to implement advanced modeling and statistical methodologies.
• Strong comprehension of clinical trial data.
• Hands-on experience in data manipulation, analysis, reporting, and modeling of analysis results.
• Experience with data issues and handling unclean data.
• Professional demeanor, self-motivation, and logical reasoning.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
