PIM/PAM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Architect, design, implement, and manage enterprise-level PIM/PAM solutions.

• Design, deploy, configure, and sustain PIM/PAM solutions across enterprise, cloud, and hybrid environments.

• Oversee the privileged-account lifecycle, which includes vaulting, password rotation, session management, and just-in-time access.

• Integrate PIM/PAM tools with identity providers, IGA, SIEM, and ServiceNow via APIs and custom scripting.

• Establish and enforce least-privilege, RBAC, and ABAC policies.

• Conduct discovery audits for unmanaged privileged accounts, service accounts, and secrets.

• Provide tier-3 technical support for identity infrastructure challenges, upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery drills.

• Generate compliance reports and assist with continuous monitoring and audit readiness in accordance with federal and DoD frameworks.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and a high-performing team to enhance CGS capabilities and deliver consulting expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Capability to acquire and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field is required.

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive IT experience is required.

• 2–3+ years of specialized IAM experience, with a strong emphasis on PIM/PAM engineering, is highly desirable.

• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification is highly preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of session recording, credential vaulting, secrets management, and delegation of authority.

• Foundational understanding of Windows Active Directory, Linux/Unix administration, Group Policy Objects, and basic networking protocols.

• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation and API integrations.

• Valid U.S. work authorization without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
