PIM Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, configure, and improve the functionality of Syndigo PIM in alignment with business needs

• Set up product attributes, categories, hierarchies, workflows, validations, and data models

• Create and sustain product data workflows and business protocols

• Facilitate integrations between Syndigo PIM and ERP, eCommerce, CMS, or other downstream systems

• Utilize APIs and data interfaces to transfer product information across systems

• Conduct data mapping, transformation, validation, and issue resolution

• Detect and address issues concerning PIM functionality, product data, workflows, and integrations

• Assist with testing, deployment, and production fixes for PIM enhancements

• Work in collaboration with business and technical teams to convert requirements into Syndigo configurations or development solutions

• Keep technical documentation up to date for configurations, integrations, and enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in the development or implementation of PIM/Product Data Management

• Practical experience with Syndigo PIM

• Proficient in configuring product attributes, categories, hierarchies, workflows, and validations

• Solid understanding of product data management and data quality principles

• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and fundamental system integrations

• Strong SQL skills for data validation and troubleshooting

• Experience in data mapping and transformation processes

• Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to engage with business users and comprehend product data requirements

• Preferred: Experience in integrating Syndigo with eCommerce platforms, ERP, CMS, or other enterprise applications

• Preferred: Knowledge of PIM, MDM, DAM, or product content syndication concepts

• Preferred: Experience with API tools such as Postman

• Preferred: Familiarity with cloud-based applications and integration platforms

• Preferred: Experience in Agile development settings
