PI Records Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the legal team to assist with ongoing personal injury cases

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, attention to detail, and uphold high standards

• Deliver reliable customer service and maintain professional communication

• Conduct prompt follow-ups regarding outstanding records, bills, liens, and documentation

• Perform precise data entry while maintaining organized case information

• Keep necessary medical documentation organized and current

• Request medical records and relevant medical documentation from the appropriate sources

• Collect and arrange medical records, bills, and lien details

• Utilize Filevine for managing cases and documentation tasks

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a case manager

• Experience in Personal Injury is essential

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities

• Professional fluency in both Spanish and English

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities

• Ability to take ownership of designated responsibilities

• Dependable and accountable work ethic

• Capability to complete tasks and follow-ups promptly

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities

• Capacity to maintain high standards of accuracy and organization

• Effective skills in data entry and managing case information

• Proficient in using Filevine for case management tasks

• Remote position based in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

• Availability from Monday to Friday

• Comfortable handling moderate call volumes

• Familiarity with FileVine CRM is required
