Physician – Virtual

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Analyze and interpret full-body mole mapping and dermoscopic images obtained through cutting-edge imaging technology.

• Detect concerning skin lesions and generate dermatologic evaluations.

• Collaborate with primary care providers and other healthcare professionals as needed.

• Assist in the ongoing enhancement of image review methodologies.

• Optionally participate in educational initiatives or research surrounding skin cancer screening.

• Engage in approximately 80–90% direct clinical work focused on mole mapping.

• Undertake 10–20% of national clinical oversight and governance responsibilities.

• Maintain consistency and quality across the service provided.

• Adjust the distribution of clinical and oversight responsibilities based on experience and service demands.

⛳️ Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent).

• Certification in Dermatology or a recognized Dermoscopy certification (PGDip).

• Valid medical license in the relevant province of practice.

• Proven expertise in dermoscopy techniques and image interpretation.

• Experience or familiarity with mole mapping technologies such as FotoFinder or Vectra is advantageous.

• Strong clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail in image-based dermatologic evaluations.

• Capability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a remote, collaborative medical team.

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for digital dermatology and innovative medical technologies.
