Physician Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Sustain and enhance Dane Street’s physician panel.

• Negotiate physician compensation and agreement conditions in line with established company protocols.

• Address open service requests in a timely manner.

• Engage in outreach for refunds or recoupments, collaborating with Finance and Legal on collections.

• Maintain physician documentation, including fee updates, W9s, remittance modifications, profile instructions, doctor groups, and deactivations/reactivations.

• Investigate and identify new panel options.

• Onboard new physicians tailored to client requirements.

• Gather agreements, CVs, applications, W9s, and NPDB reports.

• Work with the Director of Operations to finalize compensation.

• Spearhead contract renegotiations for current physicians.

• Manage complex client requests related to niche specialties or urgent network shortages.

• Assist physician reviewers with technical challenges or case-specific inquiries.

• Recruit specialists for high-priority OSRs and provide daily status updates.

• Collaborate with operations to ensure the network meets business demands.

• Support additional projects and tasks as assigned by leadership.

• Stay informed on industry trends and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• 3–5 years of experience in physician recruitment within a healthcare or insurance setting.

• Strong familiarity with provider networks and healthcare operations is highly preferred.

• In-depth understanding of physician recruitment, medical specialties, and associated terminology.

• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.

• Working knowledge of federal and state healthcare compliance regulations.

• Outstanding time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.

• Must provide and maintain a reliable, high-speed internet connection.

• An uninterrupted internet connection is essential.

• Occasional lifting, bending, or travel may be necessary based on business needs.
