This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage qualified physicians for contracted roles

• Proactively reach out to and recruit potential candidates

• Develop relationships, understand candidate expectations, and assess candidates for job openings

• Inform prospective candidates about the personal and professional advantages of a locum tenens career

• Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic initiatives, and referrals

• Cultivate and sustain relationships both internally and externally

• Strive for continuous improvement and seek career growth

• Achieve recruiting targets and deliver impactful results

• Provide exceptional rapport and outstanding customer service to physicians

• Bachelor's degree

• Staffing experience is mandatory

• Capability to create positive experiences for travel healthcare professionals
