Phone Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +15 more states.

📋 Description

• Greet all calls with a professional and welcoming tone using the appropriate company name.

• Execute all assigned outbound calls effectively.

• Identify caller needs and assess whether storage solutions are necessary.

• Adhere to call-handling protocols, review operator notes, address concerns, close the sale, and instill a sense of urgency.

• Assist callers throughout the sales journey and propose suitable storage options.

• Repeat and/or spell out caller information for confirmation.

• Conduct end-of-call summaries, including reviewing the size held and the caller's arrival date.

• Clarify rental requirements, office and access hours, as well as service features and advantages.

• Cultivate positive relationships with callers through active listening and effective communication.

• Achieve key performance indicators regarding call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.

• Remain knowledgeable about service features, procedures, and benefits.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
