Phone Fundraiser – Human Rights, Nonprofit Causes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

• Engage with nonprofit supporters through phone conversations.

• Take part in continuous coaching, workshops, and feedback sessions.

• Conduct technology checks throughout the hiring process.

• Assist in fundraising initiatives related to human rights, humanitarian efforts, civil liberties, equality, reproductive rights, and support for children and families.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of Colorado.

• Must dedicate 40 hours per week.

• Availability required Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 11 AM and 9 PM local time.

• Desktop or laptop must be running Windows 11 or a more recent version.

• Reliable high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speeds.

• A wired headset with a microphone is necessary.

• A private and quiet workspace is essential.

• Wired Ethernet is strongly preferred.

• Basic technical proficiency and the capability to troubleshoot simple issues.

• MacBooks are incompatible with the calling system.

• Completion of an internet speed and voice connection test is required during the hiring process.

• Strong and engaging communication skills are essential.

• Comfort in discussing serious topics with empathy and maturity.

• Ability to narrate compelling stories.

• Willingness to make direct fundraising requests.

• Capability to persuade without pressure.

• Resilience in the face of rejection.

• Ability to work towards measurable goals and take coaching seriously.

• Capacity to stay focused and accountable while working remotely.

• A brief voice or video introduction is required as part of the application process.
