Pharmacy Technician – Outbound Calls

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Make over 100 outbound calls daily in a call center setting.

• Operate fully remotely from any location while adhering to Central Time.

• Enjoy flexible working hours between 8:30 AM CST and 8:30 PM CST.

• Deliver customer service and support through outbound calls.

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google, and various other technologies.

• Function as a contract Pharmacy Technician based in Nashville, Tennessee.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active CpHT Certification or an equivalent certification (this will be confirmed).

• Previous experience in a call center position.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co certifications.

• Medical Assistant Certifications NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP).

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google; capable of learning new technologies.

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy and significant outbound calling.

• Must be fluent in English and a second language for bilingual positions.

• Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, and Vietnamese is a significant advantage.
