Pharmacy Technician – Item Entry

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Input prescriptions into ePost provided by physicians for subsequent processing by other departments.

• Execute a variety of moderately complex administrative, operational, and customer support tasks.

• Carry out calculations as necessary.

• Achieve or surpass departmental production and quality performance benchmarks.

• Understand and apply area/departmental policies and procedures to fulfill assignments.

• Operate within defined guidelines to recognize work expectations and quality criteria.

• Function with minimal supervision while exercising independent judgment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active license/registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Board of Pharmacy in Florida, Arizona, or Ohio.

• At least 1 year of experience in a retail, clinical, or mail-order pharmacy environment.

• A strong desire to contribute to an organization dedicated to enhancing consumer experiences.

• National certification via PTCB CPhT or NHA ExCPT is preferred.

• Residency required in Florida, Arizona, or Ohio.

• Minimum internet speeds of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.

• A dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.

• Capability to work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday, typically between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. in the employee's time zone.

• Willingness to work overtime, including late evenings or weekends, as business demands dictate.
