Pharmacy Technician II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis from members, prescribers, and insurance providers.

• Assist both new and current members with placing orders, addressing prescription inquiries, and resolving payment questions.

• Reach out to prescriber offices to clarify information, request refills, and fulfill prescription requirements.

• Accurately input prescription data into system workflows.

• Process prescriptions and address any insurance-related challenges.

• Direct cases to Intake or other relevant queues as necessary.

• Manage multiple queues while meeting productivity standards.

• Exhibit strong attention to detail and ensure precision in all data entry tasks.

• Comply with all pharmacy regulations, policies, and internal procedures.

• Provide support to members through accurate prescription processing and outstanding customer service.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician.

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Hold an active Florida Pharmacy Technician License in good standing.

• Retail pharmacy experience is strongly preferred.

• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus.

• Maintain necessary licenses, training, and certifications.

• Adhere to all pharmacy regulations, policies, and internal procedures.
