Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage letter requests utilizing either manual or automated databases.

• Document customer service notes within the system.

• Handle correspondence from members.

• Execute data entry and validation tasks.

• Carry out Quality Assurance (QA) activities and exception handling.

• Engage in outreach efforts for prescribers and patients.

• Collaborate with programs to fulfill client requirements related to item provision.

• Take part in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

• Prepare and process data for reporting purposes.

• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and work instructions.

• Work in conjunction with both onsite and offsite internal and external teams.

• Cross-train and gain proficiency across all functional areas.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

• Department duties may include walking, standing, and repetitively lifting boxes.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.

• 0–1 years of relevant experience; clerical experience is preferred.

• Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as mandated by state regulations (preferred).

• Basic mathematical skills are necessary.

• General knowledge of PCs, including Microsoft Office, Internet, and email.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are desired.

• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is essential.

• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Capacity to learn quickly, address issues, and make decisions with minimal oversight.

• Ability to thrive in a high-paced production setting.

• Openness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate busy periods.

• Willingness and capability to learn internal systems, processes, and programs as required.
