This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage letter requests by utilizing manual or automated databases.
• Input customer service notes into the system.
• Handle member correspondence efficiently.
• Execute data entry and validation tasks.
• Carry out Quality Assurance (QA) and exception processing activities.
• Engage in outreach efforts to prescribers and patients.
• Collaborate with programs to ensure client commitments regarding item fulfillment are met.
• Take part in Lean and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
• Prepare and process data for reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with onsite or offsite departments, both internal and external to the company, as instructed.
• Undergo cross-training and gain proficiency across all functional areas.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Walk, stand, and lift boxes repeatedly as necessary.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience is required.
• 0–1 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred: Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration as mandated by state laws.
• Basic mathematics skills are necessary.
• General PC proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, the Internet, and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly desired.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality is crucial.
• Ability to adapt and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to learn quickly, resolve issues, and make decisions with minimal oversight.
• Ability to thrive in a high-speed, production-oriented setting.
