Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist Medicare Advantage plans in bridging care gaps

• Concentrate mainly on three medication adherence metrics for diabetic members

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily within a call center setting

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

• CPhT (PTCB) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co

• CPhT certification

• Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google

• Capability to adapt to new technologies

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy with significant outbound calling

• Experience in a call center environment

• Capable of making over 100 calls each day

• Fluent in English, with proficiency in a second language if bilingual

• Medical Assistant certifications such as NCCT, AAH, and NAHP are not recognized
