Pharmacy Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist Medicare Advantage plans by addressing care gaps

• Focus primarily on three medication adherence metrics for diabetic patients

• Conduct over 100 outbound calls daily in a call center setting

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) / ExCPT (NHA), RMA / CMA, MA-Co

• Medical Assistant certifications are NOT ACCEPTED (NCCT, AAH, NAHP)

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google applications

• Capability to adapt to new technologies

• 2-5 years of experience in pharmacy and extensive outbound calling

• Bilingual skills in English and an additional language are a significant advantage: Spanish, Mandarin, Korean, Cantonese, or Vietnamese

• Experience in a call center environment

• Ability to make over 100 calls per day
