Pharmacy PBM Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete lifecycle of products during project implementations, from initial requirements to project go-live.

• Build and sustain relationships across various product lines and business units.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders to pinpoint and address issues.

• Supervise the implementation process from idea intake to the delivery of new products, capabilities, integrations, or offerings.

• Grasp customer experiences and cultivate strong customer relationships.

• Lead and actively participate in business and industry workgroups.

• Contribute to the development of implementations, product roadmaps, and strategic direction.

• Prioritize tasks and development initiatives based on business impact, timelines, and corporate goals.

• Collaborate effectively with design, architecture, testing, and engineering teams.

• Ensure that solutions effectively address business challenges within strategic initiatives and projects.

• Document business requirements, including those related to system acceptance and usability.

• Provide guidance to business units and customers regarding available product offerings.

• Promote knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning.

• Assess and enhance product configuration and supportability in collaboration with internal departments and customers.

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned products.

• This position does not have any direct reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) and Pharmacy, including Pharmacy Implementation experience.

• A strong understanding of Pharmacy or PBM ecosystems is highly preferred and essential for success in this role.

• Proven ability to execute product implementations from intake and strategy through to delivery, roadmap execution, and ongoing improvement.

• Hands-on experience in Agile environments.

• Experience in close collaboration with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Strong capability in translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience in data analysis, prioritization, and achieving measurable outcomes.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as required.

• Video cameras are required to be used during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
