This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the clinical and operational subject matter expert during implementations from the moment of contract signing through to go-live and stabilization.
• Conduct discovery sessions with pharmacy teams in health systems to gain insights into workflows, system configurations, and operational needs.
• Convert customer requirements into customized implementation strategies.
• Configure and verify the platform in accordance with customer-specific pharmacy workflows, formulary structures, and operational protocols.
• Assist in delivering training sessions for pharmacist and technician end-users.
• Engage in customer on-site visits, virtual meetings, and calls.
• Create customer-oriented training materials, onboarding documentation, and go-live checklists.
• Advocate for customer feedback and insights internally to guide the Product roadmap.
• Maintain ongoing customer relationships post go-live.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to enhance adoption and utilization.
• Identify customers requiring additional support, training, or re-engagement.
• Facilitate business reviews with pharmacy leadership in health systems to evaluate value realization, surface challenges, and align objectives.
• Lead continuous training and enablement initiatives.
• Assist in recognizing and pursuing expansion opportunities, including new use cases, user growth, and departmental adoption.
• Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to provide recommendations, identify configuration limitations, and submit feature requests.
• Document implementation and post-go-live insights, workflow patterns, and customer feedback.
• Offer internal training on pharmacy workflows, terminology, and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of implementation and customer success templates and internal resources.
• PharmD is mandatory.
• 3–5+ years of experience within a health system pharmacy focusing on infusion strategy, operations, and/or services; home infusion, and/or ambulatory infusion is required.
• Proficient in using Epic or Cerner EHRs.
• Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with pharmacy leaders, including Chief Pharmacy Officers and VPs/Directors of Pharmacy.
• Experience in developing and maintaining customer relationships through business reviews, adoption tracking, and renewal support.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret pharmacy workflows into configuration choices, training, and strategic discussions.
• Proactive and ownership-driven mindset; adaptable to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Skilled in standard productivity and project management tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: experience with specialty and/or outpatient pharmacy workflows in health systems.
• Preferred: background in an early-stage or growth-stage healthcare technology company serving health system clients.
• Preferred: experience with the implementation of healthcare SaaS, clinical informatics, or pharmacy systems.
• Preferred: familiarity with customer success methodologies, health scoring, or CRM tools such as Salesforce and Gainsight.
• Preferred: knowledge of Atlassian products, including Jira and Confluence, or Agile development practices.
