Pharmacy Executive III – Pharmacy Enterprise Servicers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to create and execute pharmacy initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care, boosting operational efficiency, and achieving measurable cost reductions.

• Perform evaluations of pharmacy and medication-management programs across healthcare systems, infusion centers, outpatient settings, and affiliated clinics.

• Offer evidence-based recommendations rooted in regulatory standards, data analysis, and industry best practices.

• Utilize industry-leading practices and benchmark comparisons to formulate strategic operating plans.

• Create comprehensive project work plans and provide hands-on support for implementation.

• Assist consulting practice activities by developing, launching, and implementing new or enhanced services, products, and solutions.

• Engage with hospital executives, clinicians, and pharmacy leaders to discover and implement opportunities that promote financial improvement, operational excellence, and improved patient outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A pharmacy degree (e.g., PharmD, BSPharm) is mandatory.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

• A valid pharmacy license is essential.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities are necessary.

• Effective leadership, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills are required.

• Willingness to travel frequently and promptly throughout the year to accommodate clients’ needs and schedules.

• Experience in healthcare system pharmacy is highly preferred.

• Completion of an ASHP-accredited pharmacy residency is preferred.

• Prior experience in providing consulting services within healthcare or pharmacy environments is preferred.

• Experience in managing, optimizing, or supporting 340B programs is preferred.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective presentation, communication, and collaboration skills.
