This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance a designated portfolio of clients by promoting client retention, satisfaction, and pharmacy performance outcomes.
• Act as the pharmacy subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with medical sales teams to implement retention and growth strategies that align with client objectives.
• Lead client presentations and meetings, effectively communicating performance metrics and suggesting pharmacy solutions.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to broaden pharmacy programs and enhance client value.
• Assist with pricing strategies, competitive intelligence, and carve-out defense initiatives to maintain and expand accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for efficient service delivery and consistent communication with clients.
• Analyze pharmacy utilization and trends to offer consultative insights and strategic recommendations.
• Support RFPs, finalist presentations, and implementation processes for both new and existing business.
• Serve as an escalation point for pharmacy-related client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in PBM or pharmacy-related roles supporting client accounts.
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare operations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication capabilities.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and create actionable recommendations for clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required by business needs.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory.
• Experience engaging with brokers, consultants, and health plan clients.
• Background in supporting complex pharmacy benefit strategies.
• Strong consultative client management experience.
• If working remotely, must have cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speeds.
