This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage and enhance a designated portfolio of clients to foster retention, satisfaction, and pharmacy performance results.
• Act as the pharmacy subject matter expert for internal teams, clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Collaborate with medical sales teams to develop retention and growth strategies that align with client objectives.
• Lead client meetings and presentations, convey performance outcomes, and suggest pharmacy solutions.
• Identify and promote opportunities to broaden pharmacy programs and enhance client value.
• Assist with pricing strategies, competitive analysis, and carve-out defense initiatives.
• Facilitate cross-departmental efforts to ensure effective service delivery and consistent communication with clients.
• Evaluate pharmacy utilization and trends to offer consultative insights and recommendations.
• Aid in RFPs, finalist presentations, and implementation processes for both new and existing clients.
• Serve as a point of escalation for pharmacy-related client concerns, ensuring prompt resolution and client satisfaction.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in PBM or pharmacy-related roles supporting client accounts.
• Comprehensive knowledge of pharmacy benefit management and healthcare operations.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication abilities.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and influencing key stakeholders.
• Capability to analyze data and formulate actionable recommendations for clients.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% based on business requirements.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience collaborating with brokers, consultants, and health plan clients.
• Background in supporting complex pharmacy benefit strategies.
• Strong consultative client management experience.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
