Pharmacovigilance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as a PV contact/Local Safety Officer for the DACH region.

• Liaise with Health Authorities and clients.

• Ensure adherence to relevant local guidelines and regulations.

• Gather, process, and reconcile safety information.

• Manage Medical Information Requests.

• Uphold and develop quality standards for local pharmacovigilance operations.

• Conduct weekly monitoring of local literature reviews.

• Participate in inspections and audits.

• Oversee the assessment and tracking of national pharmacovigilance regulations.

• Create and execute local standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Develop and deliver PV training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Local Pharmacovigilance activities within the DACH region.

• Proficient in English and a native German speaker.

• Competent in MS Office and familiar with PV databases.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.

• All CVs must be submitted in English for consideration.
