
Pharmaceutical Sales – Territory Manager, Immunology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Drive sales and promote Lilly products within a specific immunology territory.
• Achieve aligned sales performance through effective engagements with targeted customers.
• Execute required responsibilities in the designated territory and advocate for aligned products alongside the Immunology selling team.
• Comply with internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Meet or surpass account and call activity expectations, as well as time-in-territory requirements.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources across targeted accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate payers, health systems, and business drivers to secure access and enhance patient impact.
• Analyze sales data and suggest actions that align with brand strategy.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of disease states, products, the marketplace, and competitors.
• Create customer value, stimulate demand, and foster brand advocacy.
• Build and sustain relationships with account decision-makers to execute business unit and brand strategies.
• Utilize marketing and sales materials for physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory.
• Engage in training and development programs while adhering to industry and corporate standards.
• BA/BS Degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales is necessary.
• Experience in immunology is preferred.
• Proven history and documented track record of sales success.
• Background in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity with or thorough understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residency in the territory is required.
• Proficient with CRM platforms.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
• Complete all company- and job-related training as assigned within the required timelines.
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., English/Spanish) may be necessary depending on the assigned territory and customer needs.
• Ability to provide a secure and temperature-controlled location for product samples may be required.
