This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the prospecting initiatives and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers within pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Develop and implement strategic sales methodologies for pharmacy-centric solutions.
• Establish and nurture long-term collaborations with pharmaceutical brand teams.
• Identify new opportunities within current manufacturer accounts and branch out into new therapeutic areas and brands.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams.
• Create and present proposals, presentations, and value narratives for pharmaceutical stakeholders.
• Travel frequently for in-person meetings with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and events.
• Develop sales collateral including case studies, playbooks, and thought leadership content.
• Maintain pipeline management and forecasting utilizing Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, patient engagement strategies, and emerging technologies that impact pharmaceutical commercialization and patient support programs.
• Proven experience working directly with pharmaceutical manufacturers and brand teams in a commercial, sales, or account management role.
• Demonstrated success in selling solutions that enhance patient acquisition, engagement, adherence, or retention.
• Strong comprehension of the patient journey, encompassing awareness, diagnosis, treatment initiation, adherence, and ongoing support.
• Experience in selling solutions that cover various stages of the patient journey.
• Ability to navigate intricate pharmaceutical organizations and engage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong consultative selling abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the capability to present at the executive level.
• Proficient in data analysis and storytelling.
• Strong organizational, time management, and pipeline management skills.
• Capable of juggling multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
• Self-driven and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Technical proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce and standard business software.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% or more as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in pharma or pharmacy patient support programs.
• Mid-level management experience is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field is preferred.
