Personalberater, Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Luxembourg.

📋 Description

• Identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates

• Building and developing a network of candidates and clients

• Identifying suitable companies and decision-makers

• Actively presenting candidates to companies

• Acquiring new clients and nurturing existing ones

• Generating new search mandates

• Managing the placement process until successful completion

• Taking responsibility for pipeline, placements, and personal revenue

• Overseeing the entire 360° recruiting process

• Developing new opportunities and mandates from candidate and client conversations

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in recruitment consulting or a comparable commercial recruiting role is essential

• 3–5 years of professional experience

• Practical knowledge in active sourcing, direct approach, and candidate interviews

• Ideally, 360° experience along with insights into both candidate and client sides

• Not suitable for career starters or traditional in-house recruiters

• Willingness to take on client, sales, and revenue responsibilities
