Personal Support Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver personal care and hygiene support

• Prepare nutritious meals

• Conduct light housekeeping tasks

• Accompany clients during outings

• Manage shopping and errands

• Aid with medication management and reminders

• Assist clients with ambulation and transportation needs

• Offer companionship to clients

• Adhere to established care plans

• Complete necessary documentation and charting

• Operate under the guidance of the Care Coordinator

• Perform personal care services tailored to clients’ requirements

⛳️ Requirements

• Personal Support Worker Certificate

• At least 10 years of experience in a home care environment

• Current CPR/First Aid certification or a commitment to obtain it

• Capability to travel within the designated territory using your own vehicle

• Access to the internet and a mobile phone

• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

• Flexibility to work shifts ranging from 1 to 12 hours

• PSW experience specifically in Ontario
