This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Operate independently in a dynamic remote setting with guidance from management and team members.
• Manage multiple tasks while adapting to the demands of the role, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
• Facilitate inbound and outbound communications via phone calls and/or emails through the dialer system.
• Interact with customers who have initiated the application process and require further information or support.
• Connect with customers and various departments through phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Evaluate customer needs, discuss options, and present diverse loan types.
• Cultivate trust, foster customer loyalty, and enhance satisfaction throughout the application journey.
• Assist customers in completing their application processes.
• Confirm and verify customer information.
• Support customers in uploading documents to the online portal.
• Document and record applications accurately.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
• Effectively communicate the benefits of loan options persuasively.
• Adhere to and stay informed about company policies, procedures, state and federal lending laws, and compliance standards.
• Participate in thorough sales training, focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, objection management, and core systems.
• Achieve and surpass monthly performance metrics.
• Engage in feedback and continuous improvement initiatives, offering constructive feedback to enhance performance and processes.
• 1-2 years of experience in a call center environment, ideally with a dialer system or managing high call volumes.
• Strong customer satisfaction focus and sales abilities.
• Open to coaching and adaptable, with a desire to learn and develop.
• Familiarity with sales/customer service principles and techniques.
• Exceptional communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Capability to thrive in a goal-oriented setting.
• Proficient in computer skills.
• Self-driven and performance-oriented.
• Flexibility to adjust to evolving sales situations and customer requirements.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of credit bureau reporting.
• Must reside in one of the employer's approved locations by the start date.
• Currently eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the foreseeable future.
• Willing to work from 9 AM to 6 PM CST.
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls daily using a dialer.
• Experience with a dialer system or managing high-volume calls.
• Background in reviewing or explaining credit report information.
• Experience in assisting customers with application completion, information verification, and document submission.
