Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Open insurance claims and act as the main point of contact with adjusters and carriers.

• Request, monitor, and organize medical records, bills, and police reports.

• Ensure the progression of treatment and keep track of treatment outcomes.

• Identify and proactively address lien and subrogation issues.

• Work in collaboration with lead paralegals to prepare comprehensive and accurate case files for demand.

• Maintain daily communication with clients to assist them through the pre-litigation process.

• Keep track of case timelines and ensure that milestones are achieved.

• Identify and rectify operational inefficiencies to enhance speed and accuracy.

• Uphold high standards in documentation, file integrity, and communication.

• Manage pre-litigation personal injury cases from intake to resolution, including demand preparation and final lien resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in Spanish / bilingual in Spanish.

• Over 3 years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.

• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven.

• Proven experience executing processes in fast-paced, high-volume settings.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.

• Capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Willingness to work during Pacific Time Zone business hours, Monday–Friday, if located outside the Pacific Time Zone.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Relevant experience in managing personal injury cases, including claims, treatment, records and bills, demand preparation, carrier negotiations, or final lien reductions.
