Personal Injury Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct welcome calls and maintain ongoing communication regarding recovery.

• Facilitate medical treatment by ensuring compliance with doctor recommendations and monitoring progress.

• Serve as an interface between the lawyer, injured client, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.

• Collect medical records and bills.

• Organize the demand package for settlement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills, as they will engage directly with the firm's clients.

• Strong empathy, recognizing that the firm's clients are injured parties, often from vehicular accidents, some of whom may be seeking settlements for permanent injuries.

• Discretion is essential, ensuring adherence to guidelines regarding what can and cannot be communicated to clients.

• Persuasiveness is needed to encourage clients to continue all necessary medical treatment.

• Strong time management skills are crucial.

• Manage a caseload of 100-150 cases once fully active.

• Required computer processor: Intel Core i5-6000 (6th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 or higher.

• Minimum computer memory/RAM: 8 GB.

• Operating systems required: Windows 11 64-bit or macOS Ventura.

• A USB noise-cancelling headset is necessary.

• A camera that provides clear and crisp video output is required.

• A backup system or UPS capable of powering the workstation for at least 3 hours, typically 240Wh or higher, is essential.

• A primary DSL/fiber internet connection with a minimum contracted speed of 100mb/s is necessary.

• A backup internet connection with a minimum cellular speed of 20mb/s is required.
