This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organize, respond to, and archive emails in the inbox.

• Process, label, digitize, and file unread physical mail.

• Create insurance quotes and financial plans.

• Input data into Google Sheets.

• Arrange appointments; inbound phone support is not required.

• Oversee activities within the CRM system.

• Prepare for and follow up on scheduled appointments.

• Draft follow-up emails, reminders, and plans.

• Assist YProFinance with back-office quotations, concept development, task reminders, appointment preparations, and recruitment.

• Develop training programs for insurance brokers at Versuro Academy and onboard brokers onto software systems.

• Schedule and manage commercial inquiries for FinanzFliege in the CRM system.

• Optionally generate content using Jarvis AI and publish it on the website.

⛳️ Requirements

• IHK-certified training as an insurance and finance specialist OR, for career changers, proven knowledge of insurance and finance.

• Familiarity with basic insurance coverage, including health insurance, personal liability insurance, and occupational disability insurance.

• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

• Interest in enhancing knowledge regarding homeowners and renters insurance, automobile and motorcycle insurance, accident insurance, checking accounts, and savings accounts.

• Precision and thoroughness in preparing quotations and entering data into Google Sheets.

• Capability to utilize or learn CRM systems and digital communication tools.
