This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +1 more country.
• Prepare, submit, and expedite permit applications for roofing projects across all brand entities.
• Maintain an extensive tracking system for permit statuses, ensuring timely renewals and inspections.
• Serve as the main liaison between local authorities and project managers regarding permits.
• Collaborate with various individuals and departments to collect necessary documentation.
• Analyze project plans, scopes, and documentation to ensure compliance with local permitting and zoning laws.
• Schedule and confirm final inspections, making certain that all requirements are met before permit expiration.
• Address expired permits by reapplying, settling outstanding fees, and arranging follow-up inspections.
• Accurately complete regulatory reporting, expense tracking, and license verification.
• Stay updated on municipal codes, permit requirements, and inspection procedures.
• Work alongside the licensing team to request and manage business licenses, bonds, and certificates of insurance.
• Execute other duties and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Experience in permit coordination or regulatory compliance, ideally in the construction or roofing sector.
• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge of local and state permitting systems, zoning laws, and building codes.
• Strong communication abilities and capacity to coordinate with various departments and external agencies.
• Proficient in both oral and written communication.
• Ability to engage professionally with the public and government officials.
• Capable of working closely and harmoniously with others.
• Effective time management and resource allocation skills.
• Proficient with permitting software, tracking systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
• Prior experience with municipal agencies in a permit coordination capacity is preferred.
• Familiarity with construction processes and roofing regulatory requirements is preferred.
• A minimum of three years of experience in responsible office work; construction-related office experience is preferable.
• Experience with computer systems and Microsoft software is highly desirable.
• This is a full-time role.
