Contract Trainer – Controlling & Business Intelligence, Power BI, AI Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the advancement and motivation of learners.

• Provide guidance and support to learners as a coach within the flipped classroom framework.

• Foster active participation with learning materials and their practical use.

• Lead discussions on learning outcomes in creative formats.

• Establish a positive atmosphere for learning and working.

• Assist learners in completing assignments individually as part of project work.

• Evaluate project work.

• Help enhance the ongoing development of the product.

• Conduct teaching sessions remotely from a home office.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years' professional experience in Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• In-depth knowledge of Controlling & Business Intelligence.

• A degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline, and/or professional experience in at least one relevant area.

• Understanding of AI fundamentals in reporting.

• Proficient in data analysis and visualization.

• Familiarity with forecasting and scenario planning.

• Knowledge of automated reporting and anomaly detection.

• Ability to comprehend and assess processes utilizing AI.

• Expertise in self-service business intelligence.

• Experience with Power BI.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is advantageous.

• Capability to effectively use generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT and Copilot in Excel) to enhance work processes.

• Excellent command of the German language, the medium of instruction (C2 level).

• Include a summary of projects involving Power BI and/or AI tools in Controlling & Business Intelligence with your application.

• Several years of experience as an online trainer is preferred.

• Experience in publicly funded continuing education is beneficial.

• Experience in applying innovative teaching methodologies during synchronous online sessions is preferred.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for teamwork are desirable.
