Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance Meta Ads conversion campaigns.

• Determine audience segmentation, budget adjustments, and creative rotation strategies.

• Monitor the quality of leads from TA compared to non-TA sources.

• Maintain cost-per-lead (CPL) within established KPI targets.

• Identify campaign irregularities promptly to prevent unnecessary ad expenditure.

• Conduct quality assurance on audiences, exclusions, placements, attribution settings, budgets, and naming protocols.

• Design and assess A/B testing initiatives.

• Document insights from tests and phase out ineffective strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with producers, copywriters, and designers.

• Offer data-driven insights regarding creative performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• 1–2 years of practical experience in conversion campaigns, performance marketing, or user acquisition.

• Experience in either an in-house or agency environment is preferred.

• Ability to independently navigate Meta Ads Manager.

• Strong understanding of key metrics such as CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CAC, ROAS/ROI, and LTV.

• Practical experience with AI through personal projects, previous roles, or side experiments.

• Capability to propose innovative ideas, test them effectively, and take ownership of the outcomes.

• Skill in testing hypotheses and analyzing results.

• Expertise in identifying and resolving issues related to campaign naming conventions.

• Proficiency in analyzing increasing CPL and formulating solutions.

• Experience using AI tools for repetitive tasks.

• Ability to articulate creative performance through numerical analysis.
