This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the paid acquisition strategy and implementation across various paid channels, starting with SEM and paid social.
• Explore opportunities in CTV, paid sponsorships, and other new channels driven by data insights.
• Oversee the allocation, pacing, and reallocation of the paid media budget.
• Manage campaigns from start to finish: strategy development, build, launch, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
• Enhance keywords, ad copy, campaign structure, and bidding strategies.
• Implement testing protocols for ad copy, creative formats, audiences, targeting, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to boost landing page and funnel conversion rates.
• Monitor performance against CAC, LTV:CAC, CPA, and ROAS objectives.
• Link paid expenditure to registrations, trial initiations, and new customer revenue generation.
• Analyze audience and placement data to uncover opportunities and eliminate ineffective segments.
• Provide weekly reports on paid performance and testing outcomes.
• Work with data teams to guarantee reliable attribution, tracking, and conversion measurements.
• Assess and manage agencies, vendors, and tools effectively.
• Adapt the acquisition roadmap based on performance metrics, seasonality, competitive landscape, and audience insights.
• Collaborate directly with the Head of Growth and engage with data, product, lifecycle, and creative partners.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in performance marketing or paid acquisition, particularly within a consumer/B2C context.
• Practical knowledge of Google Ads and paid social platforms; experience with Meta is essential.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, or TikTok is advantageous.
• Proven experience managing a paid budget of at least $1M annually while achieving efficiency targets.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including extracting data from BI or warehouse systems and generating reports.
• A solid understanding of attribution, incrementality, and the limitations of measurement.
• Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
• Proven instincts in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and experience collaborating on landing page and funnel testing.
• Ability to communicate performance and trade-offs clearly to leadership in writing.
• Comfortable working within a small, fast-paced team and prioritizing tasks effectively.
