Performance Marketing Assistant, Meta Ads, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Austria.

📋 Description

• Develop campaigns within Meta utilizing Ads Manager

• Input and modify ads for Meta/Facebook/Instagram through Meta Business Manager

• Set up clients in BVS and establish integrations for forwarding applicants to clients

• Oversee recruiting campaigns in alignment with the established system, closely working alongside the Project Manager

• Create campaigns in Canva to serve as holiday cover

• Craft compelling copy for new campaigns

• Transform templates into captivating ads and graphics

• Adhere to defined processes meticulously, handling each campaign systematically

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in independently creating and editing ads in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram)

• Substantial background in working with Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

• Passion for creating, editing, and reviewing advertisements

• Ability to work diligently, accurately, and dependably following established templates and processes

• Possess a keen eye for attractive visual design

• Open-minded and enthusiastic about exploring new ideas, programs, and tools

• Capable of independent thinking and maintaining a clean, organized, and pragmatic work style

• Competent in managing short-notice tasks and prioritizing responsibilities effectively

• Strong self-organization skills and flexible time management

• Excellent computer proficiency (Windows or Mac, MS Office)

• Regularly update progress during internal online meetings

• Willingness to generally forgo salary increases in the first two years, except for the annual adjustment mandated by the applicable collective agreement
