This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily execution, enhancement, and evaluation of sanctioned paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and various digital advertising platforms.
• Establish approved campaign frameworks, target audiences, and targeting strategies; compose ad copy; and set up UTM parameters and conversion tracking.
• Track full-funnel performance metrics, including expenditure, CPC, CTR, cost per consultation, consultation-to-fit conversion rates, CAC, and other vital business KPIs.
• Evaluate the performance of campaigns, ad groups, keywords, audiences, creatives, geographic locations, and placements to uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Assist with campaign launches, ongoing enhancements, budget monitoring, recommendations, and troubleshooting on platforms.
• Supply performance data and campaign insights to aid Marketing leadership in managing external media and creative vendors.
• Create and uphold performance reporting across paid media channels, the website, organic search, and other digital platforms.
• Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Tableau/Power BI, Supermetrics, and advertising platform reports to assess acquisition and conversion performance.
• Maintain UTM standards, campaign tracking, and attribution methods.
• Convert intricate performance data into actionable insights, recommendations, and strategies for Marketing leadership and stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports.
• Execute and evaluate approved A/B tests across advertising, landing pages, website experiences, messaging, and other customer interaction points.
• Assess test outcomes using relevant statistical and performance metrics.
• Investigate user behavior and conversion pathways to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the website developer and internal teams on landing page, website, and conversion-rate optimization projects.
• Review website and landing page performance, user behavior, organic search, and overall user experience.
• Assist with website launches, tracking implementations, and endorsed performance enhancements.
• Offer performance insights and feedback on campaign headlines, ad copy, calls to action, and supporting messaging.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, marketing analytics, business, statistics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, marketing analytics, or a related area.
• Practical experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret extensive or complex datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
• Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, attribution, and marketing performance reporting.
• Experience with marketing analytics or visualization platforms like Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools is preferred.
• Background in A/B testing, conversion-rate optimization, and performance measurement.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, customer acquisition, conversion metrics, and marketing KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the skill to convey analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable managing highly tactical projects, from campaign execution and data analysis to reporting and recommendations for Marketing leadership.
• Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity and a self-starter attitude; enthusiastic about testing, learning, questioning assumptions, and continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with SEO, display advertising, and emerging digital marketing channels is advantageous.
• Experience with SQL, data visualization, or marketing data engineering is a bonus.
• Must reside in the United States.
