This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee comprehensive performance analytics for worldwide demand generation initiatives, encompassing ABM, paid media, email, eCommerce, and events.
• Create analytical frameworks that link marketing activities to pipeline, revenue, customer engagement, and overall business outcomes.
• Develop and sustain sophisticated dashboards and reporting solutions utilizing Power BI and Salesforce.
• Track and assess full-funnel performance metrics, including MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline velocity, cost per lead, customer engagement, and revenue attribution.
• Evaluate campaign and audience data across various platforms including Salesforce, Demandbase, Eloqua, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and others.
• Spearhead the automation of regular reporting processes, such as monthly reports, quarterly business reviews, and executive presentations.
• Implement scalable reporting methodologies to enhance accuracy, consistency, efficiency, and accessibility for global marketing teams.
• Keep an eye on global market trends, industry shifts, customer behavior, and regulatory changes.
• Conduct competitive intelligence assessments related to product launches, pricing, partnerships, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Transform competitive and market intelligence into actionable insights for marketing and commercial leaders.
• Lead and assist in market sizing and opportunity analysis, including TAM, SAM, SOM, segmentation, and market share modeling.
• Integrate voice-of-customer data, field insights, third-party research, and internal data to pinpoint market opportunities and unmet customer needs.
• Identify emerging trends, whitespace opportunities, and shifts in customer purchasing behavior.
• Provide expertise in marketing data quality, account segmentation, CRM hygiene, campaign member accuracy, and reporting standards.
• Develop and maintain audience segmentation frameworks that support ABM and targeted marketing strategies.
• Design and enhance automated data workflows that connect marketing platforms, CRM data, and business intelligence tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing Operations, IT, and regional marketing teams to establish data definitions, attribution methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Act as a senior analytical partner to marketing and commercial leaders regarding campaign strategy, portfolio priorities, resource allocation, and investment decisions.
• Assist in annual planning, long-range forecasting, and budgeting processes through market, customer, and marketing performance analysis.
• Create executive-level presentations that translate complex data into business implications and recommendations.
• Offer analytical guidance to cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in marketing analytics, reporting, data quality, and automation.
• Manage multiple complex analytical projects with considerable autonomy across a global organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of professional experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, business intelligence, data analysis, market intelligence, or a similar analytics-focused position.
• Practical experience with Salesforce CRM, including reporting, campaign data, and data import/export workflows.
• Proven experience using Microsoft Power BI to create dashboards and reporting solutions from various data sources.
• Familiarity with a marketing automation platform such as Eloqua, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• Experience analyzing marketing performance across diverse channels, including paid search, display, social media, email, eCommerce, or events.
• Background in analyzing marketing funnels, pipeline, campaign performance, or revenue attribution data.
• Proficient in working with large datasets using Excel and SQL.
• Experience in developing recurring reports, dashboards, and analytical deliverables for business or executive stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex quantitative and qualitative data into actionable business insights.
• Experience managing multiple analytical projects or workstreams with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to independently prioritize, meet deadlines, and deliver results in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Preferred: experience with account-based marketing platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or Terminus.
• Preferred: experience using Python or similar scripting tools for data analysis, workflow automation, or reporting automation.
• Preferred: experience supporting global or multi-region marketing organizations across North America, EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
• Preferred: B2B marketing or demand generation experience in food safety, animal health, diagnostics, life sciences, or another technical or regulated industry.
• Preferred: experience conducting market sizing, segmentation, competitive intelligence, or market share analysis.
• Preferred: experience developing or supporting marketing attribution methodologies.
• Preferred: experience building audience segmentation frameworks for ABM or targeted marketing initiatives.
• Preferred: experience automating recurring reporting or replacing manual processes with scalable data workflows.
• Preferred: experience aiding annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, or strategic investment decisions through analytics.
• Preferred: experience presenting analytical outcomes and recommendations to senior business leaders.
• Preferred: experience with tools or platforms such as GA4, Optimizely, or Jira.
