System Analyst – Campaign Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Analyze and formalize business requirements from internal clients.

• Prepare functional and technical specifications for development teams.

• Design integrations and solutions for CRM systems.

• Participate in the development of architectural solutions and the selection of implementation approaches.

• Oversee changes from task assignment to industrial deployment.

• Coordinate testing and acceptance of implemented functionality.

• Collaborate with the business, developers, testers, and external contractors.

• Analyze and optimize customer service business processes.

• Create and maintain a comprehensive vision for the development of CRM systems and related integrations.

• Prepare proposals for improving architecture, functionality, and system performance.

• Develop and maintain the system development roadmap in accordance with business priorities and the company's technological strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a systems analyst.

• Higher technical education.

• Practical experience in preparing business, functional, and technical documentation.

• Proficient knowledge of SQL.

• Hands-on experience with REST API, JSON, XML, SOAP.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

• Understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Experience with CRM or other enterprise information systems.

• Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication, technical documentation).

• Ability to view the system holistically and propose long-term development directions.

• Experience with CRM, Contact Center, Billing, DWH, or Web systems is a plus.

• Experience with cloud platforms is an advantage.

• Understanding of the principles of building integration and microservices solutions is a plus.

• Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux is an added benefit.

• Understanding of TCP/IP and network interaction systems is a plus.

• Experience in large transformational or digital projects is a plus.
